Starcraft II Units Art Updated For BlizzCon 2009

Karune has just dropped the ball on fans revealing several Starcraft II units have gotten a new art barely eight days away from Blizzcon 2009.  The zealot has an amazing new look according to Karune.  We may have many surprises to report to you once Blizzard gives us their Blizzcon 2009 Press Kit.  Keep an eye on StarcraftWire.net for updates straight from the show floor.

On another note, Karune responded in our thread about the New Voice of Kerrigan.  It seems Karune hinted that Karen Strassman is not the final voice of Kerrigan, but one of the actresses that have been auditioned.  At least not final yet.  Could this mean another actress could take the mantle?  Or could this mean we may still have hope that Glynnis would be chosen for the role?

Additionally, map makers might drool after learning the Starcraft II team is considering third person shooter capability (trigger / camera options) and other classified stuff into the Galaxy Map Editor.  Now that’s some very cool news there.  UMS gaming will be an exciting and amazing experience.

Blizzard Quote:
On a side note, going along with the Galaxy Map Editor can do anything trend, I hear it may even be able to create a third person shooter style custom game smile Anyone miss those StarCraft paintball games? Our devs internally have already tried out some pretty clever side projects that have been quite successful.
