Blizzard Launcher Icons Redesigned to Fit StarCraft: Remastered
Last night, Blizzard Entertainment updated the Blizzard Launcher with smaller game icons. The large game icons were definitely changed to the smaller ones in other to be able to fit the two new games coming in mid-August to the Blizzard Launcher:
StarCraft: Remastered (August 14 release date) and Destiny 2 Beta (PC) — slated for late August.
This is how the Blizzard Launcher has looked like for years before the update.
If for any reason, you want to switch to the old appearance, you can click the Blizzard logo down-arrow at the top-left corner, then choose Settings. The last tab “BETA” has an option to switch to Standard Version. It will download the files, and restart the Blizzard Launcher with the classic appearance.
