Blizzard Seeks Test Lead for StarCraft
StarCraft: Remastered went Live on August 14, 2017. Yet, Blizzard Entertainment posted a job opening for a Test Lead to join the Classic Games team.
Toward the end of the job opening text by the “Pluses” section it clearly says: Passion for StarCraft.
Through some techniques I was able to find this job opening was posted on April 7, 2020.
The question is… why would Blizzard Entertainment need a Test Lead for a game that shipped 3 years ago unless you are planning to add some type of content? This job opening is in the “Quality Assurance” job category.

But… StarCraft II is also now considered a Classic Game. So don’t get too excited about new StarCraft: Remastered content.
So what could Blizzard be working on for StarCraft II if this is what the job opening is for? Well, it could be anything such as new Co-op Commanders or a new campaign (i.e. Nova Covert Ops).
Whatever it is… Blizzard has reached a phase where they are drawing close to a PTR testing or sudden release within the next 6-12 months+.
