Dark Horse is now taking pre-orders for a StarCraft Protoss Carrier Ship Replica.
“Carrier has arrived.”
Blizzard and Dark Horse Direct have teamed up once again to bring you one of the most powerful warships in the Protoss arsenal, the Carrier!
This magnificent capital ship is approximately 18” long and made from polyresin. This replica includes a metal display post to give the ship the illusion of flight over a large Protoss base. Elements originally painted blue on the ship will glow-in-the-dark, just charge with a UV light source and you’re good to go!
Pre-Order Now to add the Protoss Carrier to your fleet and command this force of nature!

Blizzard Entertainment is now looking for a Lead Game Designer for StarCraft II and two Classic Games.
A few days ago, I posted the sighting of a new Classic Games job opening for a Senior UI/UX Designer for StarCraft, StarCraft 2, WarCraft 3, and Heroes of the Storm.
I mean, I can see how StarCraft II and Heroes of the Storm might need one due to Co-op Commanders; and new Heroes and special events. But think about it… why would StarCraft: Remastered or Warcraft III: Reforged need UI/UX designer support for?
Blizzard Entertainment posted today a brand-new job opening requesting a Senior UI Designer to work in the Classic Games team.
The job description says this developer is going to work with the StarCraft II, Heroes of the Storm, StarCraft: Remastered and Warcraft III: Reforged teams.
The StarCraft: The Dark Templar, Shadow Hunters Audible is now available for pre-order. This unabridged audiobook will go live on March 12, 2020. The audibook is narrated by…. wait for it… Christie Golden!
Something truly interesting about this novel is that none of the main characters have ever appeared in-game in StarCraft II, which makes you wonder if the lore was meant for the cancelled StarCraft project, or if we will someday see it introduced in a new StarCraft game — in the same way Diablo: The Sin War introduced Diablo III story elements before that game shipped.
Nevertheless, we did see some elements from this novel in StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void.
I wrote a quick 2-paragraph spoiler summary preview inside this accordion.
Jake Ramsey is an archeologist hired by Mengsk to study a Xel'Naga temple, and inadvertedly encounters a dying Protoss who placed herself in a time-delayed stasis field -- but not any kind of Protoss. Zamara is a protoss preserver, sort of a living archive of memories of protoss who ever lived in the past thousands of years.
As Jake reaches out to the enigmatic protoss, she comes to life and grabs him -- transfering her consciousness into him, and slowly altering his brain to be able to hold all those protoss memories.
The latest StarCraft II 4.8.3 patch notes include the Abathur: Evolved Bundle that will be part of the Twitch Prime offer toward the end of February. A set of 8 comic portraits will be rewarded to those who own the War Chest: Katowice 2018.
Several Bug Fixes across StarCraft II features have been issued in this patch.
